LEE G. SCOTT, JR.,B.S. - Chairman

Mr. Scott Founded HTHT Foundation with the Purpose Goal to Help Those (organizations) to Help Themselves (enhance lives in their community). Mr. Scott has a unique blend of both technology and social science skills. He holds a bachelor degree in social science with an emphasis in information systems technology. His expertise is in the effective use of information technology in both social & business environments. He has worked with organizations both for-profit and non-for-profit as an IT consultant for over the last 20 years in St. Louis, MO. He served has IT Consultant to the boards of Catholic Charities Federation, Optimist international, Inc , & Optimist international Foundation, University Residential Services, University City, MO, Royal Banks of MO, St. Louis, MO. A. Williams Law and Associates, also located in St. Louis, MO. He was invited as guest speaker on Computer Technology at the Hampton University Ministers conference 1998 serving church ministers & non-for-profits entreprenuers. He also served as Database and Network Administrator for Catholic Charities St. Louis, MO 2007-2009. Network Systems Administrator for Optimist International HQ. St. Louis, MO 2005-2007. Senior Technical Support & Data Operations for Premcor, Inc. St. Louis, MO 2002-2003. Technical Support Supervisor for Quest Diagnostics, Inc, St. Louis, MO 1999- 20002. Systems Administrator for Computer Marketing Systems, St. Louis, MO 1993-1999. Mr. Scott has also experience in dealing with and understanding social behaviors. Support Technician for St. Louis University Hospital-Wohl Center 1990-1992 dealing with drug abuse, alhiemzer, depression, suicide and run away cases.


ERIC HUTCHINSON, MBA CBCP- Secretary

Appointed to the Board 2012 Mr. Hutchinson has combined experience in business development, community service, business continuity and project management. He is a member of the Management Information Systems advisory board for the Urban League of Greater St. Louis, MO. He is also on the advisory board of Capernaum Ministries Crisis Center. He has been active in community enhancement for more than 20 years which began as an intake counselor at the New Orleans Small Business Development Department in New Orleans, LA. Since migrating to St. Louis in 1994, as a counselor, He mentored juveniles as well as their parents in the Friedrick’s Haus’ Juvenile Diversion Program. He is also part Owner and Chief Implementation Office and Project Manager of the Provider’s Assistance Team: As project manager, Eric has a proven track record. Other areas of expertise include but are not limited to the technical components programs. His duties also include the security aspects as mandated. Communicating effectively with stakeholders, employees, patients and managers at all levels, and possesses excellent abilities in staff supervision, training and development. Eric also has extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry, medical billing practices, as well as government regulations-HIPAA. In addition, he has an MBA. He also has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Mr. Hutchinson is a Certified Business Continuity Planner. Mr. Hutchinson has written two published publications one being for community preparedness the other is a bully prevention program.


JULIAN JOHNSON, BS - Treasurer

Appointed to the Board 2012. Mr. Johnson has over 12 years of finance & budgeting experience. In the last 7 years he has performed accounting budgeted practices including performed forecasting budgeting, auditing, A/R, A/P, GL reconciliations, fixed asset audits, sales and use taxes month end & year-ending closing preparations for the MHDC(Missouri Housing Development Commission) as their A.M.A. (Asset Management Accountant). Prior he supported Husch & Eppenberger, LLC , St. Louis MO as Financial Analyst and Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Newport News, VA as Senior Account. Other board assignments include that of Hampton University Alumni Association, St. Louis MO chapter- Vice President, 2011- present and Bethesda Temple Church ministry of St. Louis, MO 2010 – present. Mr. Johnson has also been involved in a number of community works such as “Project Homeless Connect”, Missouri Housing Development Commission, Branson, 2010, Better Life Foundation, St. Louis 2008, Salvation Army Harbor lights Center Volunteer, St. Louis, 2004 & 2005.


PATRICK KOLIEBOI, Jr., MIM, MPM - Asst. Secretary

Appointed to the Board 2012. Mr. Kolieboi has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology holding dual master degrees along with multiple certifications in CISSP, CISA, CISM, and ISSEP, certification in project management (PMP) and Business Continuity Planning. He presently plans and performs information technology audits in accordance with Committee of the Board of Directors for Boeing Corporation. He also identifies and evaluates risks and related control procedures in order to effectively and efficiently develop the audit test plan. Analyzes data obtained for evidence of deficiencies in controls, duplication of effort, extravagance, fraud, or lack of compliance with laws, government regulations, and management policies and procedures. He also has served as Senior Information Technology Auditor for First Bank Corp 2005-2006, Systems Supervisor for St. Louis County Gov’t 1996-2005, Network Manager for The Sporting News 1994-1996, Senior Manager, Central Operations & Systems Agricultural & Cooperative Development Bank, N.A. Monrovia, Liberia, Manager Data Processing Operations , Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A. Monrovia, Liberia.
